  • 2 cans (10 oz. each) of tuna, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips or breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Mix tuna, soup, peas, cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, and onion in a large bowl.
  4. Combine the cooked noodles with the tuna mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
