  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Tortillas, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the beef: Place the sliced beef in a slow cooker.
  2. Add vegetables: Top the beef with sliced bell peppers, onions, and minced garlic.
