Pioneer Woman Grape Salad is a delicious combination of fresh grapes, a creamy mixture of cream cheese and sour cream, and a sweet topping of brown sugar and pecans. This salad strikes the perfect balance between sweet and tangy, making it a popular choice for both casual meals and festive gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs of seedless grapes (red and green)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Grapes: Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly. Cut them in half if desired.
  2. Make the Creamy Mixture: In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Combine Grapes and Cream: Add the grapes to the creamy mixture and stir until the grapes are evenly coated.
  4. Add the Topping: Sprinkle the chopped pecans and brown sugar over the top of the salad.
  5. Chill Before Serving: Refrigerate the salad for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
