- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté the onions and garlic: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
- Mix the filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, milk, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir in the sautéed onions and garlic.
- Prepare the baking dish: Pour the chicken mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Add the biscuits: Arrange the biscuit dough on top of the chicken mixture. If using shredded cheddar cheese, sprinkle it over the top of the biscuits.
- Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
