  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup water

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the onions: Stir in the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
