- 300ml double cream
- 100g caster sugar

Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into a pie dish.
- Melt the Chocolate: Gently melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- Mix the Filling: Combine cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl, then stir in the melted chocolate.
- Pour and Bake: Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35 minutes.
