    • 68 cinnamon sticks

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Non-alcoholic spirit or a mix of apple cider vinegar and whiskey essence to taste

Instructions

  • Simmer the Apple Mixture: In a large pot, combine the apple cider, apple juice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, ground cinnamon (if using), and nutmeg. Whisk the mixture to dissolve the sugar.
