Description

Pioneer Woman Mississippi Roast is a slow-cooked beef roast that’s infused with rich flavors from ranch dressing, au jus gravy mix, butter, and pepperoncini peppers. This combination creates a savory, melt-in-your-mouth meal that’s perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

  • 1 (3-4 pound) beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 56 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the roast: Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine ingredients: Place the roast in a slow cooker, then sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the top.
  3. Add butter and peppers: Place the stick of butter on top of the roast, then add the pepperoncini peppers around it.
  4. Optional step: Pour the pepperoncini juice over the roast for extra flavor.
