- 6 cups of thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 cups of diced turkey ham

- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Butter a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish.
- Sprinkle half of the diced turkey ham and chopped onions over the potatoes.
- Repeat with remaining potatoes, turkey ham, and onions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually add milk and cream, whisking constantly until thickened.
- Stir in shredded cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the layered potatoes and turkey ham.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
