- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Sauce: In a large bowl, mix together the enchilada sauce, cream of chicken soup, diced green chilies, and sour cream.
- Layer the Ingredients: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the sauce mixture on the bottom. Place a layer of tortillas on top, followed by a layer of shredded chicken, chopped onions, and a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
- Bake: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
