- 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (14 oz) bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Chicken: Shred the cooked chicken into a large mixing bowl.
- Mix Ingredients: Add the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, sour cream, chopped onion, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
