- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
