  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender, then drain.
  • In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, and garlic powder.
  • Add the steamed vegetables and mix well.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, and crushed Ritz crackers.
