  • 500g minced beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp chili powder (adjust based on heat preference)
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 400g can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tbsp mango chutney
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Basics: In a large pan, cook the onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Brown the Meat: Add the minced beef to the pan and brown it, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Spice It Up: Stir in the chili powder and cook for another minute.
