  • 500 g brown sugar
  • 500 g sultanas or raisins
  • 750 ml malt vinegar
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  2. Combine ingredients: In a large pan, mix apples, onions, sugar, sultanas, and spices.
