Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the mixture: In a large bowl, combine the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Add cheese: Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture.
- Transfer to baking dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with cheese: Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
