  • 4 slices of  turkey ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  3. Layer with Ham and Cheese: Place a slice of ham and cheese on each chicken breast.
